Milwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis said his home was burglarized during Milwaukee's 115-106 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.
Portis said the suspect or suspects made off with guns, jewelry, and cash.
He did not say how he found out about the incident or offer any other details.
The Milwaukee Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the incident.
Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said he was unaware of the incident until after the game.
"I just found out," Budenholzer said. "I don't know any details. I'm sure Bobby will talk to you guys about it."
Portis is averaging 14.4 points and 9.1 rebounds per game this season. He is a key part of the Bucks' rotation and has started 24 games this season.
The Bucks are now 37-17 this season and are in first place in the Eastern Conference.
They will host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night.
