Trojans Win First Game of Tour
No. 3 Southern Cal barely escaped with a 68-66 win over Ole Miss on Sunday in the first game of their foreign tour in Paris.
The Trojans, who trailed by two points with 20 seconds remaining, took the lead on two free throws by Kobe Johnson with 12.9 seconds left.
Ole Miss had a chance to tie the game with 1.8 seconds remaining, but Myles Burns' 3-pointer was off the mark.
USC improved to 2-0 on the tour, while Ole Miss fell to 1-1.
