City crews begin cleanup from storm damage; some roads remain closed
The storm caused damage to trees, power lines and homes. Several roads in the city were closed due to downed trees and power lines. City crews are working to clear the roads and restore power to the affected areas.
The Washington County Office of Emergency Management is asking residents to report any storm damage to their homes or businesses by calling (479) 444-0333.
The city is also asking residents to conserve water as the storm has caused damage to the city's water system. Residents are asked to only use water for essential purposes such as drinking, cooking and bathing.
