**Severe weather in Texas leads to flash flood warning for Lubbock**
**The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Lubbock, Texas, as severe weather rolls through the region.**
**The warning is in effect until 10:15 p.m. CDT and includes the following areas:**
- Lubbock County
- Hale County
- Floyd County
**At 7:45 p.m. CDT, radar indicated thunderstorms capable of producing flash flooding over the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.**
