S.S. Lazio's five-game winning streak in Serie A came to an end on Sunday after they were held to a 0-0 draw by Cagliari Calcio at the Stadio Olimpico.

The match was a cagey affair with neither side able to create many clear-cut chances.
Lazio had the best opportunity to break the deadlock in the first half when Ciro Immobile was played through on goal, but the Italian striker's shot was well saved by Cagliari goalkeeper Alessio Cragno.

Cagliari grew into the game as the match progressed and had a couple of chances of their own to snatch a winner.
The Sardinian side's best opportunity fell to Joao Pedro in the second half, but the Brazilian forward's header from close range was brilliantly saved by Lazio goalkeeper Thomas Strakosha.
Lazio Remain In Title Race
Despite the draw, Lazio remain in the Serie A title race.
The Biancocelesti are now third in the table, one point behind leaders AC Milan and Napoli.
