The Pelicans also got double-digit scoring from Zion Williamson (19 points), Josh Hart (14 points), and Jonas Valanciunas (12 points). But it was not enough as Portland's balanced scoring attack helped secure victory.

The Trail Blazers were led by CJ McCollum's 28 points, while Damian Lillard added 20 points, and Norman Powell chipped in 19 points off the bench. Jusuf Nurkic also had a strong game for Portland, finishing with 13 points and 11 rebounds.
