PRAIRIE GROVE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) - City crews in Prairie Grove are assessing damage after a strong storm moved through the area late Thursday afternoon.
The storm brought with it high winds that damaged several buildings, downed trees, and caused power outages.
No injuries reported
No injuries have been reported, but the storm did cause significant damage to some buildings.
The Prairie Grove School District said that two of its schools sustained damage, including a large tree that fell on the roof of the Prairie Grove High School.
City crews are working to clear the debris and repair the damage. Power crews are also working to restore power to the affected areas.
